Stallards to lecture at college
Lecturers Jon Stallard and his wife Tami will present the three-session course Genesis of Civil War in February at Rappahannock Community College Educational Foundation's Rappahannock Institute for Lifelong Living.
The course will be held from 1-3 p.m. Fridays, Feb. 15 and 22, and March 1 at the college's Warsaw campus.
The course tuition is $35 and registration in advance is required.
